Incorporated and licensed in 2016 in Bermuda, Eos Re was established as an extension of the specialty collateralized reinsurance model developed at Corinthian Re, but with the goal of providing the casualty reinsurance product to the European market under a more recognizable regulatory and business framework that Bermuda is known for.
Eos Re seeks to apply a more structured, fully collateralized model that Bermuda is known for to support The Corinthian Group’s underwriting philosophy at scale, within the European casualty market on programs that represent well defined opportunities to hedge in upside and downside potential.
